Get Race Ready With Jakaranda Yoga

FREE YOGA IS BACK AT THUNDER RUN! We are delighted to announce that Sarah from Jakaranda Yoga will be joining us at Conti Thunder Run to deliver some Yoga sessions for you guys ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!

 

The Yoga for Runners sessions are designed to compliment your existing training and help get you in prime shape for the run ahead. Yoga has many benefits for runners, including;

  • Improving strength & stamina

  • Injury prevention

  • Better breathing

  • Inner strength

  • Relaxation and focus

 

Three sessions are planned*, meeting in the changeover tent next to the big inflatable Continental arch in the main arena at the following times:

Friday 23/7/21 @ 3pm

Friday 23/7/21 @ 6pm

Saturday 24/7/21 @ 10.30am

 

Reserve your place on the sessions by completing the below form.  Registration on the day will be possible, subject to availability but it would be a great help if you could pre-register.

All you need to bring along is a towel or yoga mat and wear suitable clothing. The sessions will be suitable for mixed abilities.  For further infomation on the sessions you can contact Sarah through the Jakaranda Yoga Facebook page.
